A written direction, then a real mock-up: typefaces, colours, photos. You approve on screen, not on a promise.
I code the whole site, with no purchased template. Speed, accessibility and search are handled during the build, not after.
I publish, I measure, then I plug in what saves you time: forms, follow-ups, dashboards, agents.
