The website presents the practice. This separate area handles the day-to-day, on a computer as well as on a phone.
A space to keep the practice running.
Public booking and practice management had to work together, without multiplying tools.
I designed a dedicated interface to view the calendar, handle requests and adjust available slots.
Two uses, one continuous journey.

The calendar offers a grid on a computer and a list on a phone. Requests awaiting confirmation stay reachable from the same navigation.
Stay in control of the practice
Availability, appointment tracking and the site’s articles are managed from a private area. Each task keeps its own screen and controls.

The delivered scope

What it changes
The showcase website and the management tool form two complementary interfaces: one to discover and book, the other to organise.
The screenshots come from the interface demo. They show no real booking and no real client information.
