01 · Context

Picking up the sales thread.

Prospecting in events means connecting organisations, conversations, opportunities and their deadlines.

I built a CRM suited to this follow-up, with views that range from the working day to the whole sales pipeline.

02 · Design

The next action up front.

01

Start from the next action

The My Day view gathers the actions to handle. Records keep the context, so a conversation can be picked up without rebuilding its history.

02

Connect tracking to existing tools

The Brevo and Outlook connections bring sales work closer to the sending channels. The local bridge also allows backups to disk.

How it works

Inside CRM Médiacom.

  1. 01Prospect
  2. 02Conversation
  3. 03Follow-up
  4. 04Opportunity
03 · Delivery

Tracking linked to everyday tools.

The delivered scope

  • Prospect records, history and sales pipeline.
  • My Day view, follow-ups and preparing conversations.
  • Tender tracking and a resource library.
  • Local bridge for backups, Brevo and Outlook integrations.

What it changes

Prospects, follow-ups and campaign results on a single screen, fed automatically.

The salesperson knows who to call back in the morning without opening three different tools.
